Here is a quick snack or appetizer recipe that every mom will love come Thursday night! Greek yogurt is all the rage right now! Not only is it incredibly tasty, but it’s also packed with vitamins and probiotics that every mom should consume.
One of our favorite appetizers is a Greek yogurt cucumber feta dip, from Chobani. Not only is the dip filled with the wonderful probiotics that Greek yogurt offers but when it is served alongside veggies it makes this appetizer a true healthy choice. To top it all off, it only takes minutes to prepare – perfect for any busy mom!
- 2 cups (16oz) Plain 0% Chobani Greek Yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, finely chopped, and squeezed dry in a kitchen towel
- 1 cup (8oz) crumbled feta
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill
Blend all of the ingredients and let chill for a minimum of one hour. Serve with fresh chopped veggies and/or sliced pita for a delicious, low calorie, and easy appetizer!
